Story of the Month
Life of Scouting with Wally Johns

By: David Johns

Our Canada: An Archive Centre is a growing collection of biographies, stories, pictures and other digital images and audio and video files. People who believe that their information will add to the story of Canada have created them and are generously sharing their valuable artefacts. Please take time to browse through the entries and enjoy them.

We are looking for original material that will add to the story of Canada. Your stories will be invaluable resources, important to historians, storytellers and to teachers and students who may want to explore them in the future. Share your interests with others who will find them equally fascinating.

  • Write a biography or, if you don't like to write, put the facts in bullet form.
  • Add photographs.
  • Provide maps.
  • Include scanned pages of diaries or typed copies.
  • Show off medals.
  • Upload sound clips and videos.
  • Use newspaper articles.

The Archive Centre program will take you step-by-step through the process.

To get started, click Create Your Account under Submit a Story in the grey navigation bar on the left.
